The Hospitality Academi is a dynamic fully funded skills project. The project is designed to help hospitality, leisure, accommodation and tourism businesses across Carmarthenshire to upskill, retrain and attract new staff.
Tea Traders is a specialist tea retailer and tea shop located in Carmarthen founded in 2017 by partners Nick Lee & Paul Raven. With over 100 leaf teas to explore, they sell one of the widest selections of loose-leaf tea in Wales. Paul and 6 of his staff were the recent beneficiaries of Level 2 Food Hygiene training via The Hospitality Academi project.
Mae’r Academi Lletygarwch yn brosiect sgiliau deinamig a ariennir yn llawn. Cynlluniwyd y prosiect i helpu busnesau lletygarwch, hamdden, llety a thwristiaeth ledled Sir Gaerfyrddin i uwchsgilio, ailhyfforddi a denu staff newydd.
Tea Traders yn fanwerthwr te arbenigol ac efo siop de, wedi’i lleoli yng Nghaerfyrddin a sefydlwyd yn 2017 gan y partneriaid Nick Lee a Paul Raven. Gyda dros 100 o de dail i’w harchwilio, maent yn gwerthu un o’r detholiadau ehangaf o de dail rhydd yng Nghymru. Roedd Paul a 6 o’i staff yn buddiolwyr diweddar hyfforddiant Hylendid Bwyd Lefel 2 trwy’r brosiect Academi Lletygarwch.
