The THRIVE project is a dynamic skills project funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, administered by Pembrokeshire County Council and delivered by Really Pro to the people of Pembrokeshire.
Thea engaged with the Thrive project in January 2024 having recently launched her surfwear brand online. She needed our help to produce a sales strategy for promoting and selling her seasonal products online, increasing traffic to her website and growing her email list. During the sessions we focused on creating a suitable framework to support her business activities so that she could also create balance in her personal life..

Ymgysylltodd Thea â phrosiect Thrive ym mis Ionawr 2024, ar ôl lansio ei brand dillad syrffio ar-lein yn ddiweddar. Roedd angen ein help arni i lunio strategaeth werthu, ar gyfer hyrwyddo a gwerthu ei chynnyrch tymhorol ar-lein, cynyddu’r traffig i’w gwefan a thyfu ei rhestr e-bost. Yn ystod y sesiynau buom yn canolbwyntio ar greu fframwaith addas i gefnogi ei gweithgareddau busnes fel y gallai hefyd greu cydbwysedd yn ei bywyd personol.
